Customer satisfaction is what we thrive on, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying ( size measurements is displayed in each item's listing page). If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • All returns(except flash sale and clearance items)should be delivered back to us within 10 days of receipt.
  • Engraved items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • For Hygiene reasons, tights and stockings are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags but without peculiar smell or perfume, and in original wrappings.

Please also Note:

  • Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere openings shall not be returned or refunded.
  • A return tracking number is highly recommended for a safe and confirmed delivery and to to avoid any delays in your refunds and exchange.
  • Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
  • Refund will be made using the same method that was used to make the payment. Returns or exchanges will be processed once the items are received and inspected by us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We require authorization before you mail the items for exchange or refund.

Return Procedure:

  • Step 1:  Please contact our customer service via email (service@fashofficial.com) and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • Step 2:  Get authorization and return address via email within 24 hours
  • Step 3:  Pack and ship return package. Items must be in the original packaging with original labels. Please remember to include Packing Slip in the package.
  • We advise you to ship your package via trackable service to ensure delivery back to us.

Order Cancellation:
Your order will be fully refunded if it's cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us page if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation if the order have been shipped.
